Update model card with pipeline tag and project links

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.
This pull request improves the model card for PixARMesh by:
- Adding the
image-to-3dpipeline tag to the metadata to help users find the model. - Including links to the official project page and paper.
- Adding the BibTeX citation for researchers.
