Add authors and paper highlights to model card

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face team.
I've opened this PR to enhance the model card with:
- The full list of authors.
- A summary of key advantages from the paper (e.g., training efficiency and SOTA performance).
- A link to the official Hugging Face paper page for better discoverability.
This helps the community quickly understand the research context behind these checkpoints. The existing inference instructions and performance tables have been preserved.
