Update model card: add pipeline tag and fix paper links

Hi, I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face. This PR improves the model card for SSP-SAM by:

Adding the image-segmentation pipeline tag to the metadata for better discoverability.
Replacing the placeholder arXiv links and badges with the actual paper ID (2603.18086).
Adding a link to the official GitHub repository for the codebase.
