CreativeML Open RAIL-M–Derived License (Modified)

This license is derived from the CreativeML Open RAIL-M License and has been modified to permit redistribution under attribution.

Preamble

This software and its associated model weights (the “Model”) are provided under the terms of this CreativeML Open RAIL-M–Derived License.

By using, reproducing, modifying, or distributing the Model, you agree to comply with the conditions set forth below.

1. Commercial and Non-Commercial Use

The Model may be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, provided that all use complies with the restrictions defined in Section 2 of this license.

2. Use Restrictions

The Model may not be used to:

  • Generate or disseminate illegal content
  • Promote violence, hatred, harassment, or discrimination
  • Exploit or endanger children, including any form of sexual abuse material
  • Generate sexually explicit content unless for educational, artistic, or health-related purposes compliant with applicable law

Redistribution of the Model, in original or modified form, is permitted, provided that:

  • Clear attribution is given to the original creator(s)
  • This license is included in full with any redistribution
  • Any modifications are clearly documented
  • The original source link is preserved where reasonably possible
  • No additional legal restrictions are imposed that conflict with this license

4. Attribution Requirement

Any public use, service, product, or redistributed version based on the Model must include:
