why doesn't IQ4_XS use IQ4_XS?

from what i see, IQ4_XS uses IQ4_NL nstead of IQ4_XS
bartowski does use IQ4_XS in their IQ4_XS quant, why not here?
nevermind, it uses IQ3_S
