Improve model card and link to paper

This PR improves the model card by providing context regarding the research it belongs to. Specifically, it:
- Links the model to the paper Assessing and Improving Punctuation Robustness in English-Marathi Machine Translation.
- Adds the
translationpipeline tag and language metadata (en,mr). - Includes a link to the official GitHub repository.
- Clarifies the model's purpose: addressing punctuation-induced ambiguity in English-to-Marathi translation.
- Identifies the fine-tuning dataset as the IITB-ENG-MAR corpus.
