Improve model card with paper summary and code links

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. I've updated the model card for this repository to include a brief description of the Intuitor method from the paper, added a link to the official GitHub repository and the original paper, and updated the metadata with library_name: transformers. This will help users understand the context of the model and enable the automated code snippet widget on the model page.
