Follow-up PR after:

• #4 [Feat] Add user history
• #6 Revert user history feature
• #10 Remove hf_oauth setting

The reason why we disabled user history is that the Gradio+OAuth feature was not working on Spaces using replicas (because of a redirect issue). The issue has now being fixed server-side. Here is an example of a Space running with 2 replicas and OAuth enabled..

So let's add the "user history" feature back!
