We are developing a tool for semi-automated annotation of MRI images (using the SAM2 model) to dramatically reduce the time that medical specialists need to manually curate datasets.

This tool will produce high-quality datasets that will be shared with the academic and medical community.

This is being done as a student project at the Mayo Clinic and having reliable GPU access would really speed things up. The CPU runtimes are often 10-20s per frame, which really impedes the workflow. Thank you!
