I can't find the submit button in the third step.
The button should show up once you upload a file in step 2. I did some changes to the file uploader a few days ago, can you reload the website and try again? If this still doesn't work, can you give me more information about your setup, e.g. which browser and OS are you using? Then i can try and replicate this bug.
