Pocket TTS is an MIT-licensed ~100M parameter text-to-speech model designed to run on CPU only. A single generation already consumes ~2 vCPUs, so the Space bottlenecks at one request; this grant is requested specifically for higher CPU capacity to enable basic concurrency and testing (GPU provides no performance increases ).
