Thanks for releasing qingy2024/GRMR-V3-Q1.7B. I've been experimenting with it and it works well.

I'm planning to use it as a base, so I need to confirm its relation with unsloth/Qwen3-1.7B-Base:

Direct Fine-tuning: Was qingy2024/GRMR-V3-Q1.7B directly fine-tuned from unsloth/Qwen3-1.7B-Base, or are there intermediate steps?

Inheritance: Was there any merging or distillation involved?

This would help me ensure I use the model correctly.

Thanks for your interest. To answer your question, yes, the model is fine-tuned directly on top of Qwen3-1.7B-Base. There was no merging/distillation involved other than standard SFT.
