I tried the Ollama terminal version, and it worked fine, so the issue might be with page assist handling.

I don't know. It behaves just like your run of the mill restricted version. It will not tell any offensive jokes, or describe any sexually explicit acts. Not that it was all I have in mind for this model, but it was just like sort of litmus test on its uncensorness.
