Conversion to ONNX

Can someone enlighten me on how the conversion was done for this particular model. I have fine tuned a version of embedding gemma and the libraries used for converting to ONNX fail for this particular model saying something about model not compatible with ONNX.
Is there any technique or guide on how a gemma model can be converted to ONNX ?
