Add pipeline tag and citation

Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face.
This PR improves the model card for KVzap by adding the pipeline_tag: other to the metadata and including a BibTeX citation for the associated paper KVzap: Fast, Adaptive, and Faithful KV Cache Pruning. These changes help with the model's discoverability and ensure researchers can correctly attribute the work.
Hi Niels, I updated the README for this model to include your modifications (and added more). I will close all the PRs, thanks for the feedback !
