Permitted Uses

You may use this Model for:

  • Research and academic purposes - published or unpublished studies, papers, and experiments
  • Personal projects - non-commercial individual use and learning
  • Nonprofit organizations - including crisis lines, mental health organizations, and safety-focused NGOs, for any purpose including production deployment
  • Evaluation and development - testing integration with your systems before commercial licensing
  • Benchmarking - you may publish benchmarks and evaluations with attribution to NopeNet

Commercial Use

Commercial use requires a separate license agreement.

Commercial use includes:

  • Production deployment in a revenue-generating product or service
  • Use by for-profit companies beyond evaluation and development
  • Integration into products or services offered for sale

Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Use the Model to build a standalone crisis classification product that directly competes with NopeNet
  • Misrepresent the origin or authorship of the Model

THE MODEL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. False negatives and false positives will occur.

This Model is NOT:

  • A medical device
  • A diagnostic or predictive tool
  • A substitute for professional clinical judgment
  • A replacement for human review

Outputs are probabilistic signals intended for triage and flagging, not clinical assessments or definitive determinations.

Limitation of Liability

You assume all risk associated with using the Model. NopeNet expressly disclaims any responsibility for decisions made based on Model outputs.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. NopeNet may also revoke this license at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Model within 7 days and certify deletion upon request.

Base Model Attribution

This model is built on Qwen3 by Alibaba Cloud, licensed under Apache License 2.0. The Apache 2.0 license and original attribution are included in NOTICE.md. NopeNet's modifications and fine-tuning are proprietary.

General

This license is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. This constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Model.
