My request for access to the model has been pending for last few weeks. I can't resubmit or do anything.
Anything else I can do?

No I never got any answer and never got access to the model..
Strange... Ill see if I can contact the right person and get a resolution. Mine access opened up probably 3 minutes after I posted that question above
If you're looking for an easy way to access this model via API, you can use Crazyrouter — it provides an OpenAI-compatible endpoint for 600+ models including this one. Just pip install openai and change the base URL.
