Hello, I am a student working on a university course project, and my assignment specifically requires the use of meta-llama/Llama-3.2-3B-Instruct.
I requested access on Hugging Face, but my request appears to have been rejected. At the moment, I am unable to access the repository or load the model, which means I cannot continue my coursework.
Would it be possible to review my request again, or let me know if there is any official process for reapplying? I am using the model only for academic coursework.
