I was just rejected access from Llama-3.1-8B-Instruct. I am writing to request for reconsideration towards my application.

I am a Bachelors student, and I would like to do research on LLMs for my final-year project. I will only use the model this purpose only and wil strictly follow the terms and conditions of the Llama liscence.
