Dear Meta Llama Team,

My access request for the Llama 3.1 models was rejected. I would like to politely request for reconsideration.

I am actively contributing to vLLM's speculative decoding, and would like to use Llama-3.1-8B-Instruct to benchmark and improve that open source repository. I will not use it for anything commercial, illegal, or harmful. I will respect and comply with all the terms and conditions of the Llama license.
