Improve model card metadata and add links

This PR improves the model card by adding relevant metadata and links:

Added pipeline_tag: text-generation to ensure the model is correctly categorized on the Hub.
Added library_name: transformers to enable the automated code snippet widget.
Added links to the research paper and the official GitHub repository for the KALAVAI protocol.
Updated the citation to the version found in the paper.
