Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team.

This PR aims to improve the model card for the KALAVAI Tamil Specialist by:

Adding pipeline_tag: text-generation and library_name: transformers to the YAML metadata. This helps users find the model more easily and enables the inference widget on the hub.
Adding explicit links to the research paper, official GitHub repository, and project website.
Updating the citation with the correct author information.
