Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.

This PR improves the model card for the KALAVAI Tamil Specialist by:

Adding library_name: transformers and pipeline_tag: text-generation to the YAML metadata to improve discoverability and enable the "Use in Transformers" button.
Including links to the paper, project page, and GitHub repository for better context.
Updating the BibTeX citation with the full paper title and correct author information.

These changes make the model more accessible to the research community.
