LM Studio model crash

Model always crashed after few questions.
"The model has crashed without additional information. (Exit code: null)"
Look like when context full more than some value % (default 4096) model crashed.

me too, here is some error when processing prompt, and memory increases untill it crashed.Only in vulkan llama.cpp.I use 8845hs 780M.
I also get this error - unfortunately the error message doesn't last long enough to capture, but it's something about "no end token found". The same files work under OpenWebUi. Other, older models (e.g., Llama3.3:70B) work as expected.
Added: Win 11, i9, 64 Gb RAM, RTX 4090, 16 Gb VRAM, LM Studio is updated to current rev.
