The current litert-community/Gemma3-4B-IT model is intended to be deployed on Web. You can try it using the sample app here or integrate it into your web app using this guide.

The Gemma 3n 4B model (google/gemma-3n-E4B-it-litert-lm) is our most recent Gemma model and it does run on Android using the gemma-3n-E4B-it-int4.litertlm file or on Web using the gemma-3n-E4B-it-int4-Web.litertlm file.

Are you interested in either the SentencePiece tokenizer for this Gemma 3 model for Web or the Gemma 3n model for Android?

Also, all of the Web variants of Gemma3 models were created using the tokenizers and weights from the corresponding google/ HuggingFace repos. So this particular conversion was created using the .model tokenizer file from google/gemma-3-4b-it.
