Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face.

This PR improves the model card for Polyglot-Lion-1.7B by:

• Adding the names of the authors (Quy-Anh Dang and Chris Ngo) to the "About" section for better credit.
• Including technical details from the paper abstract regarding the balanced sampling strategy and implicit language identification.
• Adding descriptive tags (singapore, multilingual) to the metadata to help users find the model.

Everything else, including the benchmarks and code snippets, looks great!
