Add paper link and improve model card

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.
This PR improves the model card for OmniVoice. It adds a direct link to the paper OmniVoice: Towards Omnilingual Zero-Shot Text-to-Speech with Diffusion Language Models, links to the official GitHub repository, and includes a sample usage code snippet to showcase how to use the model with the omnivoice library.
