Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.

This PR improves the model card for SW2V by:

Adding the audio-classification pipeline tag to improve discoverability.
Adding a direct link to the research paper: Reconstruct! Don't Encode: Self-Supervised Representation Reconstruction Loss for High-Intelligibility and Low-Latency Streaming Neural Audio Codec.
Including a sample usage snippet for the data loader from the official GitHub repository.
Organizing the content for better readability.
