Add metadata and improve model card

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. This PR improves the model card for the Duo CIFAR-10 checkpoint by adding metadata, specifically the unconditional-image-generation pipeline tag. It also links the checkpoint to the associated research paper, project page, and GitHub repository to make the work more accessible to the community.
