Add pipeline tag and library name

This PR makes sure the model is discoverable at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=image-to-image&sort=trending. Besides that,
the appropriate library name is added.
I just updated it in line with the other repo. The pipeline is actually Image Feature Extraction. Anyway, thank you for your help!
