Add pipeline tag and fix usage snippet

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.

This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the pipeline_tag: feature-extraction to the metadata to improve model discoverability.
Correcting the checkpoint identifier in the RNA inference code snippet to match this repository (47m instead of 35m).
Ensuring the paper link is clearly presented.
