I am getting an error "Invalid tokenizer" from ComfyUI.

I downloaded it with git clone https://huggingface.co/google/gemma-3-12b-it-qat-q4_0-unquantized

At least superficially I do not see any issue.

The folder is on a different fs than ComfyUI root, but it is referenced in ComfyUI additional folders file.

Any advice how it should be set up?

p.s. I have only 12.2GiB on a single GPU, but according to some on YouTube it should work with as little as 2GiB and lots of RAM.
