Add ProteinGym DMS benchmark results

This commit adds structured evaluation results from the ProteinGym benchmark. Results include Spearman correlation, AUC, NDCG, and MCC metrics from the DMS substitutions benchmark. Source: https://proteingym.org/benchmarks
