there was some controversy for your previous model taking the weights of others and not clearly saying that. does that remain the case here?
no, this one is finetuned... very lightly though...
We still took the weights of others as base models (we can't pretrain at scale under budget yet).
Our Deca 3 stable full release will be much better finetuned
