Fixed Incorrect Parameter Count in README.md

In the Highlights section, the first two bullet points (Near-Lossless Performance & 25% Memory Reduction) incorrectly listed the original and 25% reduced parameter counts of Qwen3-Coder-480B instead of GLM-4.5-Air. I've fixed this.
