Improve model card: add pipeline tag, library name, and link to paper

This PR improves the model card by adding the text-generation pipeline tag and specifying the library_name: transformers to enhance discoverability and indicate compatibility. It also adds a link to the research paper and maintains the sample usage snippet and key results provided by the authors.
