Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face. I noticed this model repository for the FP8 quantized version of SAMA-14B could use a more detailed model card.

This PR:

• Adds the image-to-video pipeline tag to improve discoverability.
• Adds links to the official paper, project page, and GitHub repository.
• Includes a "Quick Start" section for installation and inference based on the official documentation.
• Adds relevant tags for video editing.
