Hi,
I m looking to use this model but i don't know if it is free for commercial use. Can you clarify its licence and terms of use?
My intent is to use it and merge with other models, not reselling it, of course.
I would like to know from the developer more details of its usage. Thanks.

Hi.
Sorry for the late reply.
I don't have solid knowledge about copyright. But for my models, there are many models mixed in my models, and most of them are free to merge and create images. Therefore, my models follow the same policy. Of course, since I release my models for free, selling my models is prohibited. However, I think the generated images are owned by the person who created the image, because the generated images have different results depending on the ability of the person who wrote the prompt. So you can sell the images you created yourself. I will not claim any rights or responsibility whatsoever for selling images you create using my models.
Thanks.

Hi Ariaze,

Thank you very much for your reply and for clarifying your approach regarding the use of your models. I truly appreciate your openness and your contributions to the community.
I wanted to kindly ask if you would be open to a small collaboration or arrangement regarding some of your models, specifically ARAZ 50, ARAZ 55, and ARAZ 65.
I am currently working on building a fully original art brand, and I am interested in acquiring models with clear licensing for potential copyright registration purposes. I was wondering if:

  • You would be open to formally selling specific versions of your models to me (exclusively or non-exclusively), and
  • If so, whether you would like to structure a small one-time payment or perhaps a percentage arrangement based on future sales.

Additionally, if you happen to remember or have a list of the original free models that you merged to create ARAZ 50–65, it would help ensure that everything remains clear and fully credited in case of future registration or commercial use. Of course, I completely understand if you don't have detailed records — just asking in case you have any references you could kindly share.

Either way, thank you again for your work and for your kind attitude toward artists using your models. I would love to find a way to collaborate respectfully and transparently if you are interested.

Wishing you all the best,
Bel
