Recommended settings for silly tavern?

Hello, are there any recommended settings for Silly Tavern?
I tried my character card and, surprisingly, it worked very well! Everything is fine with the Russian language. Yes, the vision works seamlessly... although it rarely glitches.
But the generation speed is definitely slower. I downloaded it compared to Qwen 3 30b vl.
