Add library_name and pipeline_tag metadata

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face team. This PR improves the model card by adding the explicit library_name: transformers and pipeline_tag: automatic-speech-recognition to the YAML metadata. This helps users discover the model more easily and enables automated code snippets on the model page. I've also updated the paper title and link in the introduction to point to the research paper "Vividh-ASR: A Complexity-Tiered Benchmark and Optimization Dynamics for Robust Indic Speech Recognition".
