On what data was this med model finetuned on?

I'm asking because there are three things on which you can fine-tune:

1. medical reasoning (diagnosis of illnesses or pains, meds and dosage decisions, prioritize novel information above outdated methods and meds) and asking the right questions to calculate probabilities of a diagnosis
2. biochemistry (understand molecules, blood results etc per group age and sex)
3. up to date med names and terminology in different languages

And offcourse since this is a vision model it could also be trained on medical images interpretation (scans etc)
