Well, there's nothing much to say apart from stating once again that this is still the best variant of Gemma 3 available.
Gemma 4. on the other hand, appears to be less restricted and more lenient towards 'unsafe' things. It is not clear whether this or your other "v1" approach would be the best choice for Gemma4, but given these differences in compliance, I'd assume it would be the best to treat it in its own way.
