Improve model card and add paper/code links

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team. I've opened this PR to improve the model card for miae-s:
- Updated the
pipeline_tagtograph-mlto improve discoverability in the geometric deep learning / protein structure space. - Added direct links to the research paper and the official GitHub repository.
- Maintained the metadata and usage snippets.
