I suspect the FP16 might be corrupted, I'll be reuploading shortly.

I tried to make exl3 quants twice (with the previous and the current weights) but fails on layers 78 and 79.
It's a pity because I tried the GGUF model and it is fantastic.

Thank you for raising this up, something is weird with the upload, no idea why, but I'll check it out
