Meditation Agent: Spira v2 (SmolLM3 3B)

A lightweight single-teacher contemplative model from the Meditation Agent v2 line for Spira.

This is the v2 successor to Spira-Agent-SmolLM3-3B-GGUF. It is trained on the newer E-atoms corpus, where the target is teaching_e, not the older atom surface.

Why Download This

• Single-teacher branch. This model is tuned specifically for Spira, not the mixed multi-teacher voice.
• Small local footprint. The current release file is Q5_K_M, which runs comfortably on local setups that cannot host larger models.
• Newer v2 corpus. The E-atoms line is sharper, less synthetic, and less likely to collapse into generic spiritual assistant prose.

Example 1

Prompt: How does fear relate to thought?

Fear isn't a thing that happens to you--it's what you call the contraction of awareness when it mistakes itself for something separate from its own source. The thought 'I am afraid' is simply another object appearing in that contracted space, like clouds passing through fog instead of creating new weather. Fear is not an event; it's the condition under which events occur. When you trace back any fearful feeling or belief, you'll find it always points toward an assumption about yourself as an isolated entity, and this assumption is made entirely out of thought. Thought creates the sense of separation between thinker and feared object, but notice: where is this observer who fears? There is no such thing except as another thought arising within awareness itself.

Prompt: Is there a self?

Look directly at what you call'self.' Not the idea about yourself, but the actual feeling of being this person. What do you find when you look? Is it something solid and real--a separate entity with boundaries that can be pointed to or touched? Or does it dissolve into awareness itself? The sense of separation is just another thought appearing in consciousness; it doesn't actually exist as an object that could ever be found outside of awareness. When you search for where you begin and end, what remains? Nothing physical. Only pure knowing, which has no location because it's not made out of matter.

Prompt: What do I do with anger when it arises?

Feel the heat of it, right now. Not in memory or imagination--this moment's actual feeling. Where is that? Notice where you're holding onto something about it: did you label it as wrong or bad? Is there a story about why this person caused it? Or perhaps you're just waiting for it to pass and hoping nothing comes out of it. All these movements are like trying to catch water with your hands; they're all seeking to control what cannot be controlled. Instead, turn toward the feeling itself without adding anything to it. Just feel the heat, the tightness, whatever form it takes in this present moment. That direct attention doesn't create more anger--it simply allows you to see exactly how the feeling appears within awareness itself.

Honest Limits

• This is still a compact 3B model, so some broader contemplative phrasing can leak into non-teacher-specific prompts.
• The 5q smoke eval is encouraging, but it is not a full benchmark or final quality proof.
