Improve model card: add paper link, HF author profiles and tags

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.

This PR improves the model card for Live Avatar by:

Adding relevant tags like talking-head, lora, and audio-driven to the metadata.
Linking the authors' names to their Hugging Face profiles where available.
Syncing the README with the latest updates from the GitHub repository, including single-GPU inference instructions and recent performance breakthroughs.
Providing a direct link to the research paper.
