Amazing Quality on a Modest Setup
This is amazing. I can’t believe I managed to run this on my low-VRAM machine. RTX 3060 Ti with 32GB RAM. The first generation took 10 minutes, while the second and the rest took around 4 minutes at best. Wow… the prompt adherence and the quality are amazing too. amazing job!

You can use the workflows in the base folder of this repository. Acceleration methods are already included in the "all in one" model.

No acceleration. I only use this model. I guess the name makes sense already...“all in one.” huh.. Anyway, here are my settings:
640 x 640
Length: 81
Frame rate: 16
That’s it. If you get an error like I did the first time (something about “not enough page file”), you just need to adjust your page file, then it’ll work fine.
Still really impressed with this one. The quality feels on par with the latest Kling model and the fact that it runs on such a weak machine is… honestly amazing
Any luck with Batching? Moment I had more than 1, I get a memory error.
I'm also a 3060 ti, 32G, but it takes me 20 minutes to load and 15 minutes to run, very slow, v9
