How can I improve this
This is my first time in comfy. Trying wan2.2-i2v-rapid-aio with geforce 4060 ti (8vram) in lowvram mode. 6 sec video took 35min with these settings, video is alright but half an hour is too long. What settings should I change to speed it up? I don't even need crazy 3d animation. Thanks!

The latest version is Rapid Mega v12, not Rapid v10
I assumed mega versions require more sauce and v10 is bettrer to animate a scetch. also tried lowering the resolution and that halved the time, I guess that's good enough. need to work on better prompt and I'm happy

Please try using the "Mega" v12 with the updated workflow and double-check you are using the recommended sampler. Also note that negative prompts are useless when the CFG is 1.

Delete the clip_vision nodes, don't need them.
Change resolution to 480x352.
Scale down your images being used with a ImageScaleToTotalPixels node set to 0.5-megapixels.
Change length to 49 frames.
Steps down to 2.
Shift to 5.
Euler + Simple/beta... and then you should be generating animations under 2mins.
