Consistency Lora - This needs to be included

2511 version of the lora is doing an amazing job keeping the multiple input images to give very consistent look. Highly recommending this to be included for your next mixes if not already.
Also thanks for the mixes.
I was already using the 2509 version of that LoRA at 0.5 weight, this will be even better! It's imo a mandatory LoRA, zero downsides and big improvements.
It has downsides and I've tried it before. It may be useful when doing edits where you want consistency, but will fight against bigger variations if you are prompting for them (or not even doing an edit at all). I found it causes unnatural adherence to the original image when not desired and I don't want that baked in, since it is really only useful for a particular use case. You are free to add it after my merge.

Today I had the chance to even test it more. It is picture dependent and you may have to adjust the weights depending on the content. I realized it. Sorry I got too excited about it at first glance however people may complain that the merge is not doing what they want. You are right about this one. This doesn't mean the lora is not good.It is very good but can cause problems when merged. Agree on that. At least people who didn't realize it is there can go pick it up for use if they check here.
And No! I have no connection with the lora trainer and not promoting it.
Thanks for the merges again.
