Prompting and face Swap

I'm struggling with face swap, is not supposed to work correctly? any help with it?
And for prompting, any advise or link to prompts would be appreciated
Image 1 is the original image, and image 2 is the target face. Use the mask editor to color the face area of image 1 red. If needed, you can color the areas outside the face in image 2 black.
Prompt: Replace the red area in image 1 with the face of the person in image 2 proportionally, keeping the skin on the woman's face and body consistent.

I clrearly need to connect the mask but i've tried with AI help and no luck
simply use the windows paint, crop out the face area.

I highly recommend adding "Best Face Swap" for this purpose, particularly the "merged" bf16 rank 16 version at ~0.75 strength: https://huggingface.co/Alissonerdx/BFS-Best-Face-Swap
I haven't added this LORA to my merge because I don't think it is a "general purpose" LORA, but great for this particular use case.
